The vehicle management system in DoxERP monitors the basic items that are entered, and automatically links them to its departments That is, it links the vehicle to the assets, the driver to the human resources, the addresses to the service items of the inventory, the transporters to the sender and the consignee, and the invoice to the accounts department.
Now We Will Discuss The Stages Of The Vehicle Management Cycle In DoxERP, Which Consists Of 5 Stages, Starting From:
- The price agreement, in which the customer’s data, validity date, items, loading and unloading city, distance, transportation price and adding any terms and conditions are entered.
- In the event that the customer submits a request to transfer the goods, it is registered, and in the event that this does not happen, a direct transport policy is created.
- A transport policy is created by entering the transport details (type of goods, date of departure and arrival, city of loading and unloading, type of packaging...).
- In the transport policy aggregator, more than one transport policy is collected and reviewed until a sales invoice is made for each customer.
Finally, an electronic sales invoice is generated through the policy aggregator and sent to the customer for collection.
